This 24VDC digital electromagnetic flow meter is specifically designed for water supply applications with caliber sizes ranging from DN200 to DN400. The device provides accurate flow measurement through advanced electromagnetic technology.
Electromagnetic Flowmeter Electrode Material Selection
The electrode material corrosion resistant performance (for reference only):

| Containing molybdenum stainless steel (0Cr18N12MO2Ti) | Applicable in water, sewage and corrosive mediums. Widely used in industries of petrol, chemistry, carbamide, etc. |
| Hastelloy B (HB) | Having strong resistance to hydrochloric acid of any consistence which is below boiling point. Also resistable against vitriol, phosphate, hydrofluoric acid organic acid etc which are oxidable acid, alkali and non-oxidable salt. |
| Hastelloy C (HC) | Be resistant to oxidable acid such as nitric acid, mixed acid as well as oxidable salt such as Fe+++, Cu++ and sea water. |
| Titanium | Applicable in seawater, and kinds of chloride, hypochlorite salt, oxidable acid (including fuming nitric acid), organic acid, alkali, etc. Not resistant to a pure reducing acid (such as sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid) corrosion. Scraper Electrode Technology
Scraper electrode is appropriate for contains serious pollutant medium. Electromagnetic flowmeter in long-term operation process, the electrode surface will form a layer of the non-conductive dirt and influence electrode signal. Using scraper type electrode can sweep away the electrode dirt: open the lid, rotate knob, turn the scraper, and it will scrape the dirt on the surface of the electrode. It also can clear the dirt when the electromagnetic flowmeter during operation. After clean up the blade should spin the direction to the fluid flow direction.
