Our Stable Vortex Gas Flow Meter (DN80) is a high-performance solution designed for the precision metering of compressed air, natural gas, and steam in 80mm (3-inch) pipelines. Engineered with the no-moving-parts design, this versatile meter eliminates mechanical wear, ensuring exceptional long-term stability and minimal operational costs. The vortex flowmeter has no moving parts in use, which improves mechanical stability and reduces maintenance. Vortex technology is almost unaffected by the temperature, pressure and composition of the medium when measuring the working volume, making instrument calibration production convenient. Therefore, the vortex flow sensor is widely used in production and life applications.

These vortices are called Karman vortices, and the vortex rows are arranged asymmetrically downstream of the vortex generator. The vortex is generated by the generating body, and the high-sensitivity sensor detects the number of vortices.
