Product Overview

The Lightweight Compact DN6000 Stainless Steel Turbine Flow Meter is a high-precision solution engineered for ultra-large scale industrial pipelines. While DN6000 represents a massive 6-meter diameter, our unique compact design ensures that the sensor maintains a manageable weight without compromising structural integrity or measurement accuracy.

LWGY Series Turbine Flow Sensor (hereinafter referred to as sensor) is based on the principle of torque balance and belongs to speed flow meters. The sensor features simple structure, light weight, high precision, good repeatability, excellent responsiveness, and easy installation and maintenance. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, water supply, papermaking and other industries, making it an ideal instrument for flow measurement and energy conservation.

The sensor is used in conjunction with display instruments and is suitable for measuring liquids in closed pipes that do not corrode stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13 and corundum Al2O3, cemented carbide, and have no impurities such as fibers and particles. When matched with display instruments with special functions, it can also perform quantitative control and over-alarm functions. The explosion-proof type (ExmIIT6) can be used in explosive environments.

The sensor is suitable for media with viscosity less than 5 × 10⁻⁶m²/s at operating temperature. For liquids with viscosity greater than 5 × 10⁻⁶m²/s, the sensor must be calibrated with real liquid before use. Special form sensors and explosion-proof requirements can be specified during ordering.
